1. On Setaria moharica.
A lot of liberty is taken with the epithet "moharica". It is spelt sometimes as "moharia", and sometimes as "mocharica".
2. On Setaria lutescens
Setaria lutescens (Stuntz) F.T. Hubb. -> Setaria parviflora (Poir.) Kerguélen
Setaria lutescens (Stuntz) F.T. Hubb. var. dura Chung -> Setaria pumila (Poir.) Roem. & Schult.
Setaria lutescens (Weigel) Hubb. -> Setaria pumila (Poir.) Roem. & Schult.
Setaria lutescens (Weigel) Hubb. -> Setaria glauca (L.) P. Beauv. -> Pennisetum glaucum (L.) R. Br.
Authors disagree on the synonymy of this specific name so it may be a good idea to either avoid it altogether or to keep it as a synononym. In any case the name is best treated as " Setaria lutescens (Weigel) Hubb., nom. dub. " because indeed its meaning is dubious.
