As with most crops intensively cultivated and coming from a broad
spectrum of species worldwide, hybridized mints abound in
catalogues. The taxonomy is extremely confused and the trade
consequently simplify every name resulting in the non-expert being
completely lost. Are we helping with this set of records ? Please let
us know. There is much more work to be done on this genus.
